The Vue on MacGregor is a 248-unit, 160,000 square foot private student housing property located just a quarter mile from the University of Houston. This five-story, luxury student housing community includes a 120,000 square foot parking garage, and currently has the capacity to house 610 residents. The Vue on MacGregor offers luxurious amenities and water features such as a pool, two courtyards with interactive fountains, a dog running trail, a billiards room, an indoor/outdoor view deck with a full kitchen and television, a media center, a tanning bed, and study rooms. Corsair's predecessor company served as design-builder for the project.
