Now branded as MAC 4460, is a 248-unit, 160,000 square foot private student housing property located just a quarter mile from the University of Houston. This five-story luxury student housing community features a 120,000-square-foot parking garage and can currently house 610 residents. The Vue on MacGregor offers luxurious amenities and water features, including a pool, two courtyards with interactive fountains, a dog walking trail, a billiards room, an indoor/outdoor view deck with a full kitchen and television, a media center, a tanning bed, and study rooms. Corsair's predecessor company served as the design-builder for the project.
