This three-story luxury student housing community features one- to five-bedroom configurations. It includes an elevated H2O deck complete with cabanas, a second outdoor living room featuring an entertainment area and kitchen, a modern fitness center, a clubhouse, a study room, fully furnished units equipped with a 50-inch flat-screen television in each common area, and the modern convenience of loft living. Corsair's predecessor company served as the design-builder for the project.
