The Grace

DALLAS, TX 

The Grace is a 270-unit multifamily development in southern Dallas, Texas. The development is less than a mile from Charlton Methodist Hospital and numerous new businesses and transportation centers. The project is currently in permitting and construction is scheduled to begin in 2024. The development is one of the first new Class A multifamily developments to be built in southern Dallas in decades.
