Our Story
Corsair was founded by David Gunderson and Stan Bradshaw, experienced real estate professionals with a proven record in development and investment. Their complementary expertise built the foundation for a company rooted in performance and trust. Corsair’s lean, hands-on team brings deep experience across finance, design, construction, and operations.

Our Team
David Gunderson
Founding Partner
David brings 30 years of experience in investment real estate, drawing from his background as an architect, general contractor, FINRA-licensed investment banker, and now as a developer, to create innovative real estate opportunities for Corsair.
He previously founded and led several successful companies in architecture, construction, and real estate finance, each contributing to his integrated approach to development.
David earned a BA in Architectural History with Honors from Trinity College and a Master of Architecture from the University of Texas at Austin.
Stan Bradshaw
Founding Partner
Stan is an accomplished business and community leader, with previous experience as a FINRA-licensed investment banker and CEO.
Previously, Stan was the founder and CEO of The Bradshaw Group; which for 20 years focused on manufacturing and services in the technology space.
Stan earned his undergraduate degree in Finance, Business, and Computer Science from Southern Methodist University. Stan is the past Chairman of the Richardson Chamber of Commerce.
Brian Park
Development Partner
Brian leads multifamily development efforts at Corsair across Texas, bringing more than 15 years of experience in real estate finance, development, and construction.
His background prior to Corsair includes capital markets roles at leading brokerages, as well as experience as a fixed-income portfolio manager and financial consultant.
Brian holds both an MBA and undergraduate degrees in finance and economics from Southern Methodist University.
Joanne Wasson
Manager/Accounting
Joanne has been an integral member of the team for over 15 years. She is the oil that keeps the Corsair engine running smoothly.
Joanne brings six years of Investor Relations experience with foreign and domestic investors, and over 20 years experience in real estate and construction; specifically in multifamily and mixed use arena.
Joanne earned a BA in Human Services from Northeastern University.
