Prado

SAN ANTONIO, TX

Prado is located directly across the street from the UT San Antonio campus on UTSA Boulevard and is directly adjacent to The Block, a new food truck court and patio bar experience. Prado was designed with Spanish-inspired architecture and can accommodate 498 students, as well as a 6,000-square-foot restaurant fronting UTSA Boulevard. The four- and five-story development offers excellent views of the campus and provides unit and community amenities that are unavailable in the marketplace even today. Incorporating a ground-floor restaurant, Prado provided the UTSA community with their first true mixed-use living environment. Corsair's predecessor company served as the design-builder for the project.
